Problem: Heterogeneous actors often do not realise the importance of working together to change a system, as it is perceived to be time consuming and/or difficult to understand each other.

Solution: An interactive and visual puzzle exercise to share and understand the needs, expectations and benefits of the different actors interacting in a group, based on a Reflexive Interactive Design approach.
