A DiverIMPACTS Food Jam: promoting legume consumption in Sweden
The video was recorded during a FoodJam at a legume growing farmer's yard in the South of Sweden in connection with case study 19. 50 participants took part in the FoodJam, after having visited the fields to look at different legume crops. The participants were all elected representatives from the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC). The intention of the FoodJam was inspire people to use more legumes in their diet and to make people aware that you can make delicious dishes from local legumes.
